Design
ProAir provides a complete design, supply and installation service, plus we are always pleased to assist with specific design of specialist air conditioning applications.

Being totally independent and impartial we can offer unbiased advice on equipment, systems and manufacturers, pointing out the pros and cons specific to your building or required application.

Design services are provided free of charge if we also supply and install systems, but we can sometimes offer free design advice, particularly on refrigeration based systems i.e. VRV, VRF and split systems.

If you need to get a budget for a project we can normally provide a quick response with a design and budget cost proposal. - All you have to do is contact us and discuss your requirements.

Installation
ProAir installations are carried out to an extremely high standard, to specification, at quoted cost and in time. Because we are approved by almost all manufacturers, you are assured of a complete after sales service and most systems installed by us therefore are provided with a 3 year warranty as minimum.

ProAir will also carry out refrigeration pipework systems, carrying out the design or
size checking as well as pressure testing, evacuation and final commissioning of plant.

Service

Service relates to the one off repair of faults or breakdowns you may experience with any building services systems you have. ProAir has fully trained qualified technicians who you can call out to attend your premises to effect a repair or diagnosis of an ongoing problem or fault.

If the fault can be fixed easily and within your agreed cost and time scale it will be completed for you. We operate a fixed fee call out charge for the first hour and any additional time or work will be advised to you. Parts and consumables will be charged at extra cost if required or necessary.
If the fault requires major work or expensive parts you will be quoted a fixed price to effect the repair before work proceeds.

Service is different to Maintenance, but Maintenance contract customers are provided with a 365 day, 24 hour call out service for service call outs. It is one of the benefits of having a Maintenance contract agreement with ProAir.

Maintenance
Building services systems are complex and require regular planned and preventative maintenance, not only to ensure trouble free operation but also for health and safety reasons.

Because of this requirement, ProAir offers a range of maintenance programme agreements, all tailored to suit your particular requirements.

Planned Visits - Agreements cover any required arrangement where our technicians visit your site at regular planned dates to carry out cleaning, inspection and safety checks.
Manned Sites - Our technicians are based and operate from your premises, managing and carrying out maintenance to an agreed format.
FAQ - My system has a 3-year warranty, I don't need maintenance until the warranty expires?
Answer - Yes you do! - Air conditioning and building services systems require regular maintenance to ensure safety and optimum operational efficiency. Warranties are only applicable if the system or equipment is regularly maintained by an approved organisation.

To simply explain, relate this to a car which like air conditioning has many rotating and wearing parts, your warranty will not be honoured if you don't have regular servicing (maintenance).

Repair
Accidents happen or simply wear and tear can reduce the effectiveness of your plant or system. It is often cheaper to repair than replace and ProAir has the skill, expertise and knowledge to repair systems and plant. We have a fleet of qualified, mobile technicians who can visit your premises, determine why systems are not working or have failed, repair them and get you back, up and running.

Planned Maintenance
We cannot stress how important regular planned maintenance is to the effectiveness and long term health of your system, not to mention pocket.

Fact
50% of all emergency breakdown calls would have proved unecessary had the systems been adequately and regularly maintained at what really is very little cost indeed....and certainly for less cost than your computer system failing from heat overload!

ProAir offers and provides fully tailored maintenance programmes to suit your system and pocket. As a minimum it ensures your warranty is in force and otherwise keeps you running day and night with minimum interruption, ensures longer operating life and protects your investment.

All programmes are individually matched to both your system and your requirements, whilst also complying with statutory safety, mandatory requirements, regulations and manufacturers guidelines.

We offer regular visits by mobile technicians, manned sites or full facilities maintenance packages.

Refurbishment
ProAir can carry out the refurbishment of entire building systems as well as individual systems or plant. For instance existing heating systems can be replaced with new heat pump systems, that not only provide winter heating but also summer cooling. The system will also provide far lower winter heating bills with more efficient energy usage and allow much finer control of space temperature.

Older air conditioning systems can be replaced with modern systems providing both better control and cheaper running costs.

It is quite feasible to recoup your installation cost of a modern system within one year because new technology has created equipment that uses far less fuel. This is why the UK government is encouraging use of heat pumps and offering enhanced capital allowances.
